N.Y.E.L.A. at Grand Park has grown and grown over the last few years, making it one of the biggies of New Year's Eve in the region (and, definitely, one of the freest). The party starts at 8 o'clock on Sunday, Dec. 31.

Grand Park is a biggie, but there are other ways to say howdy to the new year.
